Flooding on cold start attempts

I have 850's on an injector box. It seems anything under +30c the car floods when I attempt to start it, and the trailing plugs are always way wetter than the leading. I reduced cranking fuel 5%-10% from +30 down but it's not helping. Any idea's?

Well I decided to turn the cranking fuel down to 40ms from the 50+ at +10c and that seems to have done the trick. I guess I can put my 13/16 away lol.
