First time idle process - No AC installed

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I searched and couldn't find exact answer.

I'll be installing a PFC for the first time and in the FAQ it says to run the AC for 10mins during idle process. What should I do if my FD does not have any AC component at all? Do I still need to press the AC button (light still turns on)? Or can I just run the rear defroster and skip the AC part?

Thanks

So I did the initialization process but idle is really high @ 2100rpm even after 20mins.
I did notice that with the car off, and all switches/buttons off, when I did a sensor check the AC shows the switch is on?? Car doesn't even have AC....but could this cause the idle to be high? I already tried adjusting idle bleed screw mentioned in the FAQ and has been adjusted to less than 1/4 turn...

Press the ac button and try lowering the idle speed through the commander

Coolant connected to wax element? Otherwise it will prevent throttle to reach the idle stop screw?
