I can't tell when my fans come on. How does the PFC control them, meaning what temp do they come on? How can I change when they come on? do they come on when you turn the lights on? Could I just rewire them to a switch where I could turn them on and off when I want?

Yes, there is a cheap way I have heard of using your A/C switch, but you lose use of the A/C. Now if you check www.jt-imports.com and check the BILLION section, you will see a variable fan controller, the second item down, and with that you can set it and forget it if you want at any temp you want.

yes, it works fine with the PFC. I have a PFC and I use it... My keep my water temps at about 88c or 89c

 

With the DATALOGIT you can change the temp at which the fans come on.

There is also the FAN MOD SWITCH mod which has been around for years. With it, most cars will turn the fans on instantly. Search for it.
