Power FC don't know if tuner is right?????
don't know if tuner is right?????
ok guys,
so i took in the FD to the dyno and pulled like 231WHP. but the tuner said he couldn't control or adjust the rear turbo. i was under the impression that you couldn't adjust boost unless you bought the boost controller kit. so he tried a bunch of manual stuff with the turbos and nothing worked. so he thinks my rear turbo is shot. cause Im only getting 7 to 8 lbs of boost. what do you guys think

More likely something is wrong with your sequential system - that's just general FD troubleshooting there. Find out your boost pattern and start fixin' things.
Bad turbos will typically smoke or whine or both.

agreed sounds like something with the sequential control system. and no the external boost kit for the PFC is for other cars, the PFC for the RX7 does control the stock sequential system, make sure its set on sequential control in the PFC. You might want to find a shop that specializes in rotaries to tune the car.
The PFC using a DL allows control over the switch over point for the turbos.
The PFC boost control does allow you to set the basic boost level for the turbos before and after switch over. That is why there are TWO duty cycle values.
