Creating a basemap

Im from norway and we dont have that many good tuners for an rx7 and im wondering if someone here can help me with finding someone that can create a base map from specs.

Even with a map, your engine would have to be AFR tuned for proper AFRs. I have PMed you with the name of two contacts in your country.
