controlling dual port actuator w/ PFC

can I control a dual port wastegate actuator with thepower fc (ap
engineering pfc in an S5)? And if so, would the plumbingjust be : pressure
source teed off with one going to the top port and 1going thru the solenoid
to the bottom port? and would I use a 3 port solenoid andhave the 3rd port
venting to atmosphere? if not, how would it go?

and with the datalogit/ commander, would duty % be theonly thing id use to
control it?

Thanks,

Carrington.

can someone also explain how these work in detail? Ive been told that it uses some type of opposing pressure system to create a smoother and easier to control boost curve and better spool, but how does sending xPSI to the top port and x(duty cycle%)PSI to the bottom port achieve this?
im only assuming its set up this way based on the turbosmart iwg75 website saying its set up like this.
