The wires that go to the Commander were ripped out but i do not know what order they go in. Could some one open thiers up and tell we what colors go into what position.

There are: Red, Green Yellow, Orange, and Brown wires

 

I don't have an answer for you, but notice you have the numbers backwards :-)

 

Just went and opened my commander up. Wire order -

Black (ground), Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, Brown

I also took a pic - this should be the same orientation as your picture. BTW, I have the newer universal commander - dunno if the wiring might be different on the earlier ones.
