Ok so i blew my motor last year car has been down for a little over a year now. Been rebuilding and putting everything back together. My ccommander had always worked when i drove my car. When i connected all the wiring and grounds for the ecu and finally threw a new battery in moved the key forward and my commander doesnt seem to turn on. I checked my grounds everything is connected. Anyone have an idea??

 

does it light up at all?
does it go to the Apexi splash screen and hold there?
does the car run?

 

Have checked the brown wire where it connects inside the commander. These were usually installed too short and if any strain is placed on the commander wire the brown wire breaks off inside. Quick solder job if this is the case.

no doesnt turn on at all. Dont have the car to the point where it runs but does crank.Still checking other wiring.

 

Sort of putting the cart before the horse.
