Car accident, now PFC won't turn on

I was in a recent accident (drive side damage). car was running, turned car off. started the car again to try and move it off road way.
turned car off, when I tried turning the car back on the Exhaust overheat light lit up, and car wouldn't start (PFC installed) figured a sensor came loose. (pfc was on at the time)
Towed car to body shop and haven't messed with it since. now car is fixed (4 months later, w/ a dead battery so had to hook up battery jumper) but when trying to start car the PFC isn't turning on (to diagnose sensor issue) and the Exhaust overheat light is still lit up. Car tries turning over but won't start due to PFC and exhaust light... has power with battery jumper so not sure what the deal is.

Any idea why PFC fails to turn on. (played with wires to see if loose, no success)

Check the wires behind the fender liner. Check relays, fuses etc.

If a fuse was bad, wouldn't that prevent the pfc from lighting up the exhaust overheat light (as a CEL) since it would prevent power from going to the pfc.

The ECU doesn't throw the cells, its a separate module.
