Power FC Broken FC?

Broken FC?
My car was sitting in the body shop for almost a year. They recently finished it and I went over to try and fire her up. I couldn't get her to fire. I had wore through some wires in the main wiring harness above the passenger tire (with the tire...) before I brought it there. They rewired the broken wires and cleaned up the harness. I mention this because I'm wondering if that might have fried the Power FC? Anyway due to the fact I couldn't get her to fire I ended up putting back in the stock computer and she fired right up. I don't have a commander so I'm not sure what that would tell me. I was able to get spark out of the Power FC cpu just no fuel (thus the no starting). Anyone have any ideas as to what I should do? Apexi said to bring it to a Power Excel dealer. The nearest one said they could not see me till mid November and I'd like to get her running now. I have too many mods to run on the stock CPU.
Second thing is given what I'm running (Front mount intercooler, downpipe, intake, and exhaust) have do you think there is any way I can baby her home from the shop? With no boost perhaps? Without running too lean?

if you are running stock fuel delivery you should be able to baby the car home.
You could buy a datalogit, or borrow one if you know an owner, to see what the ECU thinks it is calling for in terms of fuel.
