Bouncing idle

I recent switched from 7 and 9 spark plugs to 9s all around. Changed my spark plug wires to a Magnacor set. Now my idle bounces from 1240 to 1500 rpms when idling. If I turn on the AC it settles around 1000. When I turn off the AC it bounces again. I tried a ECU reset on my Power FC and tried to let the ECU relearn the idle (with defrost, AC and nothing on for 10 minutes each). As soon as I drove it and come to a stop it bounces again. Any hints guys?

What was removed to get to them ?Any recent work done prior? Sounds like a vacuum leak or tps out spec.

If the new plugs and wires increased the efficiency of the idle, and the idle relearn did not help; it proves you are a newb.
The PFC idle country has limitations. Your air flow through the ISC solenoid is too great.

The purpose of the Air Bleed Screw is to alter idle air flow back to within the range that the ISC solenoid can control.
Reduce in 1/4 turn increments.
