boost fuel cut settings?

So if I am not using the PFC to control boost. I should raise my PFC boost values to a higher number to prevent fuel cut correct? Which values would those be? Is it the ones that are stated in this format
Primary - xx
Secondary - xx

Or is it stated on another page. FYI I have a datalogit so if you know what settings page it is on that would be helpful.

I only ask because I seem to be hitting it right now during this past cold weather days we have been having down here.

It is in the notes on page 28 called "About Fuel Cut associated...".
And refers back to page 27 #2 circled.

Set way higher than what you will ever run. 2 is what I use since I only run about 1.20.

Thanks, another quick question. I know about the other 3 fuel cuts. Is it safe to keep them high? I set them for 9k, Rev limiter is 8100. I know this will be hell on fuel mileage. Before I changed it while cruising highway speeds and I lift off the throttle my wideband shoots up to 16-18. I haven't taken it for a test drive yet but I just wanted to be sure its safe.

Your assumption about the three FCs is totally wrong.
When you lift of the throttle, the injectors are turned off untill 1 of 2 events happen. You get back on the throttle or the revs drop down to the FC point. Both events turn the injectors back on. So the 3 FCs are when the injectors are turned back on in preparation for idle. That is why the manual says to set them about 20 rpm higher than their corresponding idle speeds. Thus they are not fuel cuts but the point fuel cut is reversed.

Set max rpm to higher than you will ever go to prevent fuel cut. I use 9000.

can't find it... i have the latest notes from the yahoo group

i'm controlling boost with the pfc and i have the boost switch enabled, works great

low boost im ok, i get about 9 psi

high boost is another story, settings 1.2/100 1.2/80 i get 15 psi primary and 17 after transition... maybe i should move my transition rpm up to give the primary more time to build boost or maybe its getting tired (almost 50k miles)??
