in order to run 14lbs of boost what do u set the settings at for the second turbo and what duty setting do u set it at

 

Duty cycle will vary from car to car. You just have to set it so that you quickly get your desired boost level without overboosting. It's best to slowly work your way up in small increments if setting it automatically doesn't give you 14psi

Are you just upping the boost without upping the fuel?

 

No, my fuel maps are tuned for 14psi and since it is my everyday driver i turned the boost down and when I went to the track i went to turn it up to 14psi and i was only getting 12lbs.
