does anyone know if i can juss buy the soleniod from the avc-r boost controller and plug it in. instead of buying the boost control kit for the power fc?

yeah u could do this, it will be a wire hack on the loom
from www.nengun.com u buy all of the parts of the boost kit individually.
its listed as Djetro parts. so u can but the boost kit loom, map sensor, solenoid and wires all seperately.

 

No, a solonoid alone is not an Apexi boost control kit. been discused several times.
