I cant seem to keep my Duty cycle down its allways 98-100%?

 

What fuel pressure are you running? Obviously, The lower the fuel pressure, The higher the injector duty cycle. Could be other factors though.
Really to help you out more, we would need a list of mods.

 

Are you talking about fuel injector?

If so, it means you're maxing out the injectors running them wide open. Not good.

Suggestions?
1) lower your boost
2) tune it as you may be pig rich (if you're running 10 AFR and tune to 11 AFR it will lower duty cycle ~10%)
3) if you are wb tuned to an AFR and you are not exceeding the fuel sys limits then check fuel pressure
4) ugrade fuel system with larger injectors and all the necessary little things to make it work

Get an incabin fuel pressure gage, it is worth the money to know when something is starting to die such as a fuel pump.
