Anyone able to tell why my seal cracked?

here is my map. Im not sure what might of caused this? Im hearing lack of fuel and ignition possibly could be the culprit.

P17 - N9-10 and P16 - N5-9 are too advanced, plus timing is jumping all around from 19 to 15? Why were the 19 values left in the middle of the map. If you were spooling fast enough it may have been hitting those cells.

Can't tell fuel unless you post a log. Don't trust going by fuel map openings alone, with as large of injectors as we have the amount off of actual flow and balance between injectors can be way to far off to trust a map for fuel. Do you have a datalog?

Unhappy

(1) I always start with the injector setup (Settings 5) as it affects everything.
The primaries are setup like the stock 550s except for -.50 lag. This is really screwing up fuel calculations by the PFC. The Pri/Sec transition (%) of 40 is too large. And the Sec Transistion ms(1.500) is also too large.

(2) Setting 4, IGN vs Water Temp Cool, remove that emissions warm-up retard.

(3) Timing, since this was basically covered by another post, I'll only comment on new problems. You split is terrible above P14 and the left of N9. The rest is almost OK.

(4) And why have you not run a RECALC to move the INJ map to the BASE map.
This would simplify making fuel changes.

You have my tuning notes but it appears that you have not applied them!
