any problems in using a ver IV in '94

I found a really good deal on a brand new PFC W / commander for FD3S

414-z005 is the model number

My FD is 94 Type R. And what I can see the 414-Z005 is for 96 - 98. Will this computer work in a 94? are the connectors the same?

is there any real differances in the III, IV and V ?

I think that Mazda went to the 16-bit ecu with different connectors in 96, so very likely NO.

The connectors are TOTALLY different. Now,if you can rewire the connectors(major PITA),then maybe it will work...
