Airflow Curves

Hi ppls,

A little question regarding the PFC's airflow curves.

I've noticed different motors using the same airflow meter have slightly different airflow curves.

What is with that? Doesn't an airflow meter have a set airflow curve?
Does the airflow curve have to be matched with the airflow reference table?

Thanks ppls.

I've also wondered this. I put it down to using a different constant value for k in the equation for load:

load = VQ(v) x k / rpm

This constant k value. That is held within the pfc, different model pfc's contain a different k value.

If thats the case; using the equation we should derive the airflow reference table, not simply plug any value in or copy one from another pfc with a higher ceiling.
