Power FC AIM data display
no problem.
We start using this topic now with all information we have about AIM working with datalogit.
So we need
- Power FC
- datalogit (for RS232 output)
- AIM XML display
Now AIM needs to understand the data output from the datalogit box.
I'm working on it.

Unfortunately that no one with the proper background has been sufficiently motivated to put something like this together
I think a digital-dash interface for the Power FC or Datalogit would have reasonably high demand within the community, and the community members tend to have a decent amount of money
Seems like exactly the sort of thing someone could start a kickstarter campaign for

Hi, it's long time you don't hear about me on this forum, just to inform you that i had solve the problem almost 5 years ago, finally i founded the way to allow the Power FC to dialog with AIM digital dashboard, take a look to the attached files. Now it runs up to 740 HP at 0.9 boost with HKS T51R KAI Turbo

So.... what did you do?
It looks like you built a new harness?
Yes it is, i've totally rebuilt a new semplified harness with racing connector for a fast plug in. With only 2 connector i can easly dismount the engine from the car just disconnecting them. Of course it is a racing solution since the car is no more for street use.
Thanks
Richard
I've only hard wired the Power FC using his stock connectors with high performance wires, for the rest i left all as in original than i've connected the Power FC with AIM.....that's all.
Bump from the dead...
I'd like to apologize for this bump of an old thread, but I thought additional information on this would be useful to everyone with Power FCs who might want a digital display without the need to switch ECUs.
I've scoured the forum and across the web but no information could be found. Is there some way to connect a digital display, specifically the Aim MXS Strada Street display to an Apexi Power FC ems? It seems this thread, the closest I've found to discussing this, ended abruptly. To clarify, I mean no information on the exact procedures to have a digital dash up and running is provided...
The datalogit expansion has an rS232 connection which can plug into the Aim MXS but will it read the signals properly? I am waiting on knowing if this works to bite the bullet and buy the display.
thanks again!
