i am looking to buy an apexi power fc, but i got a question. might sound stupid, but oh well. do i need to buy the commander or will a lap top do the same thing? or can i use both. if i can use both or just one, what do each device do (laptop and commander). thanks to neone that can help me

you need to buy the commander or the datalogit to hook the laptop up to but you can use both at the same time but the datalogit gives you more control over system and alows for easier tuning.

The Commander is fine to monitor. Do you plan on running the laptop all the time?
