650/1650cc Seq. Twin Map
Finally have my car sorted out, minus the stupid idle bouncing so I am looking for a map to try out.
I have a large street port engine, front mount, HKS intakes, 3" exhaust w/ muffler (ported wastegate), Fuel Lab FPR, 650/1650 FIC injectors, with new stock twins. I'm looking for someone with a very similar setup to make adjustments to...the base map is just too far off for me during break in.
Thanks.
Mark

The jumping idle has to do with fine tuning the ISC system:
(1) Is the air pump still on the engine and working, if not O2 FB switch needs to be turned off.
(2) Is the ACV still on the engine and working? Sometimes when it is removed, not all 3 idle speeds will work with the ISC.
(3) Is the hot wax rod unit on the engine and working properly?
(4) Does the dashpot prevent instant closing of the throttle as it is suppose to do?
(5) Is the throttle cable loose enough to allow full closing of the throttle every-time to the same point?
(6) Have you increased your idle speeds higher than stock which is needed with a ported engine?
(7) Have you tried adjusting the idle fuel mixture?
(8) Have you tried small 1/4 turns of the air bleed screw to get a stable idle?

(3) Is the hot wax rod unit on the engine and working properly? Yes
(4) Does the dashpot prevent instant closing of the throttle as it is suppose to do? I'm not sure and will have to verify
(5) Is the throttle cable loose enough to allow full closing of the throttle every-time to the same point? Again, I will have to check
(6) Have you increased your idle speeds higher than stock which is needed with a ported engine? Yes, around 1000 rpm
(7) Have you tried adjusting the idle fuel mixture? I did lean it out, but I need to troubleshoot my WB and FC Edit reading discrepancies
(8) Have you tried small 1/4 turns of the air bleed screw to get a stable idle? Yes, but they were just short term fixes
