1992 Japanese domestic FD3S: I purchased and installed a PFC one week ago and am very impressed with the results, the only downside is a hesitation on first to second gear upshift. This is very annoying and prominent when the engine is cold and intermittent when warm, my engine has the following mods : K&N airfilter, 3mm apex seals, cat removed, large Apexi rear muffler and air pump disabled. The problem was evident with the stock ECU but was completely eliminated by disconnecting the O2 sensor, I have tried disabling it through the PFC but it makes no difference, I have also tried playing with the acceleration enrichment to no avail. My theory is that the air pump air supply into the exhaust ports is allowed for in the ECUs inerpretation of the O2 sensor output, how do I rectify this through the PFC ?
