Weekly How-to Video Series

Pineapple Racing produces and distributes weekly how-to videos, covering all aspects of rotary engines including rebuilding. Free versions of these videos are available through http://www.rebuildingrotaryengines.com and http://www.rotaryengineillustrated.com. These are lower quality and embedded. We also sell high quality downloadable videos through our web site PineappleRacing.com.

At this time, the current videos available are:

Installing Rotor Bearings
Basic Engine Rebuild Parts
Modifying Oil Pressure
Prepping Plates for Lapping
Pilot Bearing Removal and installation
Rotary Engine Stand Adaptor
Inspecting Rotor Housings
Inspecting Side Housings
Rotor Housing Water Port and OMP plugging
Clearancing Side Seals
Installing 6-port Inserts
Defeating the Thermal Bypass Valve (aka Thermal Pellet)

As the list progresses, I will update it, but you can always go to RebuildingRotaryEngines.com

The video on Defeating the Thermal Bypass Pellet is currently the only one available in high quality downloadable form from Pineapple Racing, but more will be added soon. The cost is just 99¢ per downloadable video. Not only will you have a higher quality vid on you hard drive but you will be supporting the continued production of these videos. At some point we will compile together a DVD to sell.

I am keeping this thread locked and stuck, to keep it informational only. If you want to discuss the weekly videos or request a topic, please use the "normal" thread somewhere below.
