PFS silence
Does PFS ever answer their phones? I've called 3 times for support on my PMC and can't get an answer or a call back.
Anybody know how to reset the PMC? That's all I want to know

If you do get in contact with PFS, you may want to let them know that they quite easily hold the record for the most complaints about customer support on this EMS forum, and they may want to address that problem if they intend to stay in the EMS business.
I think the PMC is just a re-labeled EFI Systems PMS. Take a look at the Mazda instructions and see if they may correspond to your PMC.
