if you have an SR laying around and a FC laying around, go for it. otherwise it will be cheaper, easier, and just as powerful if not more powerful to go with a TII engine.

I'm currently duing this swap in my TII and can guide you trough it, is not that expensive if you know how to do **** your self its actually cheaper than building a t04s 13b rebuilded, and rebuilding it again and again.
Engine was 1300 dropped at my door, you need a stand alone ecu, I bought a wolf for my 13bt but never used in the 13bt, datnet.org has diagrams of how to wire the cas and the coils on a haltech, i chose to use a 4 msd SS blaster coils driven by a M&W pro14 CDI ignition box, custom driveshaft of couse, to make it simple i'm using the fc alternator just extend the wires. you will need to get the hydrolic clutch line from an s13 or 14 to extend the clutch line to the other side of the tranny. i just answer you almos the whole swap right there pm if anything got plenty of info and i'm not a jerk.

the ignition department its the worst part, there are hundrets of way to controll spark BUT the stock coils, since there its no way you can controll them, the cheapest way its using 2 FC leading coils 1 for piston 1 and 4 and the other for pistons 2 and 3. you just missing one coils now.

I used the FSMs and Granny's LS1 writeup to find all the connections and functions I needed to retain, then matched up voltages for the stuff needed to get the SR to run. Lots of head scratching but not really difficult.
here is my jumper harness, with the SR plugs on one side and the FC plugs on the other (along with the wiper harness ):
