You'll basically need custom mounts for the motor/transmisson, a custom/modified driveshaft, the PCM and wiring harness, I would get a larger radiator (may not be necessary), exhaust, etc.
I'm not sure if anyone on here has done the swap.

well s14 black top has t28 instead of t25 and vvti IIRC like 20 hp diff maybe?
BTW rad inlet/outlet is probably gonna be the least of your worries with the s2k swap. There have been a few sr into fc swaps. i would go that way. cheaper engine, better potential. etc.

Dont go with the F20 or F22 (the 2 generations of s2000 motor) the motor is expensive to buy and modify and without adding forced induction ($5000+ on an s2k) you cant get much more power out of it. Either LS1 or SR20 please

Oh yeah and on top of all that, have you seen the dash of an S2k, you would have to figure out how to either retrofit that dash in to a FC or figure out how to set the PCM up so that it could work with normal guages

there was a guy on here from Hawaii that had a white FC with a F20c swap in it but I heard thru the grapevine that he wrecked it drifting into a wall. doh! it looked like a clean swap but he had to move the front subframe forward to prevent cutting the firewall.
there is a 2nd FC f20c swapper on here with a red FC that has cut the firewall to keep the subframe in the stock location but I dont know if his car is up and running yet.
the F20c is a great motor and has a wonderful tranny, you can get better performance out of your car if you run a shorter gear in the rear end, like a 5.12 would make the car damn fast.
the SR20 swap has been done and also an inline six Supra motor, so even a skyline inline 6 could be worked out... but these projects all require custom mounts and a lot of information to figure out the wiring connections.
if youre on a budget, the LS1T56 swap is great but I havew to mention that the T56 is nowhere near as smooth and silky and effortless as the S2000 trans. if he wants a more reliable version of a rotary, but similar power and the same light feel of the tranny, then the S2000 motor is the way to go.

I have looked into several swaps for the fc. I have taken measurements of the f20c with the trans...I don't have the numbers off the top of my head, but the measurements did indicate that I would have to modify the firewall. I also looked into the 1jzgte swap....simple if you buy tech2 swap kit and you can read wiring diagrams....My car is being setup for the track, so the weight of the 1j w/ r154 trans was an issue. The f20c was a better candidate (plus I tracked a s2000 for 2 years) but is not economical for the power output I want. lsx swap isn't too bad economically for the power output, but I am biased against that swap for no reason in particular LOL. I am curious though to see how the f20c performs in and fc at the track.
