rotor phasing-best for four?
hows it going,
listen im in the proces of building my four rotor that has taken much planning and research. my buddy from texas a&m who is now an computer engineer is going to write my fuel trim program but i have a problem finding data on how i should phase my first and fourth rotor. logics says 2 rotors should face 180 deg from each other and escentially that is what i have planed. my rotors are going to make a + pretty much. but i dont think mazdas r26b is phased in that way. as i stated before im having trouble getting the actual hard data to prove that. another bad thing, i dont have the three piece ecc shaft from an r26b to measure and compair. couldnt find a real one, just 'copys' so may not even be right
any help on the phasing for my eccentric shaft i will be cutting myself... im going to copy the mazda three piece idea, it fixes some problems i was having putting the rotors together. i plan to pretty much put 2 13bs together and thus i call it a 26b. and i will not make varible length induction like the r26b. after i build my first, i will be selling a kit. ive put over 3 years r&d trying to figure stuff out on my own before i decided to get some help, im almost there and i want it to be uber efficient, not just a racing motor...

I don't think you need to worry about anything until you get the e-shaft done. That's going to be the biggest hurdle. Get that done, then worry about the other stuff.
