Prolly played out

I have an FC and plan to put an FD 13b-tt in the FC. I know that people do this but my question is do I have to swap motor mounts? Any recommendations on some good motor mounts for the swap? Plan on doing the swap around Feb or March and I am just trying to get everything in order.

Okay I did read the FAQs about the motor swap BUT it said nothing about the 13b-tt only the 13b-rew. Saying that it could not be done due to the motor mounts being in different locations. So is that the same with the 93-95 13b-tt or the 90-93 13b-re twin turbo? Please someone give me some insight on wether or not this can be done and if I can use certain motor mounts or if I have to have some custom made etc. Thanks.

The BREW is the twin turbo engine from the 3rd Gen.

There are plenty that have done this, do a search. Oh, and FYI, this is the NON rotary engine swap area...

Okay so that helps out a little bit. thanks digitalsolo

Should I just do a TurboII swap? And motor mounts are pretty much the only question I have about all those motors. Is it rediculously expensive to put a bre or b-tt in an fc? and do I have to get custom made mounts or are there somewhere where mounts are already made that I can just order? I have been lookin for this information for a while and have not come a cross it yet. Thanks

Is there anyway to get this post moved to where it is suppose to be? Sorry its in the wrong location.

Alright problem solved. Decided to just go with a TurboII swap and just build that. Thanks again digitalsolo.
