Maybe there are other engine options....

besides the mazda 20b what other types of engines can be put into the car that have been know to work...............stupid idea puttina a ttsupra engine in?

People have put V8s in. 2jz (supra motor) isn't unheard of but I only know of one car that has it. All comes down to how dedicated you are to the rotary and how deep your pockets are.

anything is possible as long as it doesn't extend the reach of your wallet.

IMO, the rotary works fine, why bother with anything else?

first thing you should do when you buy an rx-7 is get rid of the rotary and put a v-8 in it. The LT1 or LS1 is a good car. Mazda should have done that from the factory.

Or for big pockets, steal plans for the R26B... It makes tons of power and it runs on cheap gas..Initial cost is high though.
