jz into a FC

blew up another rotary and now i can't decide what to do. I thought about a ls1 FC, but i Like turbo engines to be honest. Then i looked into a jz series into a fc I found a place that is going to realase a cross member kit and tranmission kit here shortly, so it will become a bolt in affair. But i can't make a desion about the hole deal. I know there has been 2jz and 1jz into the FC and my choice is probably going to be 1jz because they are lighter of the two. I know these engines are known to be fairly heavy. But i was wondering if anyone had any first hand experance with the swap.

Really looking for drivablity, and how handling is effected. I really don't want the internet simulation on how it might handle, I'm looking for more of how it actually handles from first hand experince.

With a bolt in kit, I fear the weight of the motor will be too far forward and will handle like a SUV. I am finishing up on this swap i did myself, but i did mine a little differently than just a bolt in affair. i moved the firewall back and made the mounts myself (well me and patman). I used a rear sump pan and was able to clear the stock hood with little modification along with the steering rack and cradle. cant speak for the stock turbos as I never had any intentions of using them. as far as i know there are 1-2 1jz swap'd FC's up and running--- neither of which i can get ahold of. I think they did the swap as a bolt in affair and inturn left the weight in the front of the car.... one's a vert so its heavy anyway.

thanks for responses, I'm still putting alot of time and research into this. i am also still waiting for tech2 to release some more information about there kit. I'm not to terribly worried about weight in the front sense this is going to end up as a street car, i just don't want to completely over do it. As much bs as this sounds but, the main goal for this swap is not for power(Yet) but because i just want to drive, seems like these past few years i've owned it; I've have always devoted my weekends and days off of work just trying to get the kinks and little crap fixed on it and when i finally do the engine blows. i knew when i bought this car it was going to be a handful and it really isn't, but i just want to drive it more than fix it.
