although i was planning on holding off before i released any information on the sub frame kit i will announce that the frame is basically a replica of the stock frame minus the obvious modifications to cradle to the 2jz. the height is almost the same as the stock frame, the pitch is the same and the width is the same. also the rod that connects the steering column to the steering rack is also in the stock position. ( appose to the tech 2 where u need to pull the rod out some to clear ) also the motor mounts stand clear of the steering column so there will be no rubbing what so ever. the steering works perfect. everything is in place as it should. once im ready to release the kit to the public i will post detailed pics to display and prove to everyone the location of the steering rack, height, price and ground clearance. ect ect ect stay tuned and also stay tuned to this thread and MOPAR97's thread as well.. very exciting news and updates coming shortly

i was looking to invest in the tech2 swap kit but i think i can hold off to see this new kit that is in production. i just came across a 1jz for my car and would love not to have to invest in that tech2 hood. trying to keep the car sleeper status haha.

yes please dont do the tech 2..and with tony you'll probably save alot more more *** well..thats my car in the vid. and looks how freaking sweet it looks with great ground clearance and a stock hood...the tech 2 hood ruins the body lines!

im deff diggin the vid thats exactly what im looking for and have the patience to wait. i just picked up a 1JZ-VVTi and R154 transmission so i got a lil while before i actually stick the engine in the car (aka cleaning the engine bay, relocating the battery, relocating the fuse terminals. ect). i will deff stay tuned to these threads

my entire car is Shifted Performance built. wiring/ subframe, powder coating, radiator set up, inter cooler set up.

I trust tony more than 100% with my car guys. its hard to find someone more honest, hard working and reliable like he is.
