84 GSLSE convert to 94 RE engine
Alright. My plan for a long time is coming into a reality. I bought a 84 GSLSE and I bought a 94 RE engine complete wtih twins, trans, ecu, wiring harness, radiator, intercooler, and oil cooler. I want to drop it in my 84 of course. People said I need the front cover off of my SE and the oil pan. I have also heard that I need to machine a new driveline. Is this true?
I plan on buying a front mount intercooler, custom built turbo tubing, apexi bov, 3" downpipe, and modify a second 3rd gen oil cooler to run in series.
What tips, and other things do I need?
Thanx
Nate
