No one in this forum do the swap for FD with 2jz engine and transmission..
I saw mickey made a subframe and he didn't tell us about the car after he finished
maybe he cant make the conversion
I have the 2jz engine with trans 5spd and I will make it ...
not only sp engeneering can do that..
I will try it and I will told everyone in the world how can he make this swap ...

Nice engine, but it wouldnt be my choice for a swap.
If I was to swap anything in, it would be an LS1 or an LS2, but hey, all the power to ya.

I think the 2jz will fit in there but i dont think it will work properly , i dont see how ANYONE is going to overcome the mad bumpsteer it will create even the SP car was a total crap driving , thats why you dont hear about that car anymore , the 2JZ is way to tall , you would have to move the steering rack way too low ,then you`ll get fucked up with the bumpsteer
Or you would have to ,mount it way to high and then you will have hood clearance problems , so ....if you do it i would like to see it , even SP chocked on that ,

 

Most people don't swap a 2JZ because they like the light feel and great handling characteristics of something a lot closer to the stock engine.

But do the swap please, I'd love to see it.
