Haha no updates, sorry. Car has been in the shop getting cold pipe and other goodies fabricated. Hopefully some good news soon!

As for wiring into a stock fc, I'll still need to do some research. I don't have a stock car it's pretty much just going to me telling you where I would connect the 1jz to the factory harness in order to keep it stock as possible.

Yeah thars all i really need. Ill prolly run aftermarket gauges or cluster or a switch board in the console...did u ever try to use the stock jz motor brackets? Ive seen some here with the stock brackets with longer motor mounts (like yours, just longer)

I did not, I suppose you can if you make a dog leg type extension. I just thought it was easier to cut some steel plates to fit the side of the motor and weld to it.

Having a weird issue where the car won't boost but aside everythings in place. I'm really thinking about getting a new chassis when this set up is dialed in and swap it over. Would be awesome to have in a street car.

haha I'd do a soarer or s chassis if I was going to put it in anything different. I meant a new FC! This one was wrecked before, we didn't know it until after we bought it. Frame is bent, luckily in front of the strut towers.

Quick update...the fab work is finished up. Running 3'' I.D. Stainless downpipe w/ flex section.

I really need to do something about the top radiator hose. Aside from that eye sore, everything else looks pretty good.

I didn't relocate it bud, it's just attached to the strut tower with the stock 1jz bracket

It'll clear the stock hood if you remove the center portion of the skeleton. I grabbed another N/A hood to mess around with and it clears. I must have deleted the pictures I had, but I will post some new ones soon. Got my wheels in, just trying to figure out wtf is up the boost and from there she goes to paint.

She rips! First test run and the cops were called haha. Just been getting this thing ready for paint lately. Rolled my rears with a jack handle to hopefully clear the new wheels. Anyway I'll see if I can't spell the swap out a little simpler for those interested in doing it themselves. Here's a pic of the rears, it's my first time go easy haha.
