Well i went into this mode of buying improper products. Such as...KSRACING from Thailand on ebay. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!!!! Waste of time, money, and patience. I wasted $1000 on them. Then with all my parts for my car, i was buying some used, a lot new. So it was expensive....but definitely worth it in the long run

Yeah theyre worthless.

Bad news for the rims
They are actually 5x120....not 5x114.3
So if you know anyone that wants 20" zenetti kaotik rims and is willing to do a little bit of work on them cuz of its condition. $750, they have 90 tire thread on them

Haha i see. No updates yet, i tried fitting the rims but no luck with that. Im actually saving up my time to work on it because im taking leave the last week of march to dedicate my time to the build. Thats when im going to paint the engine bay, derust my tank using electrolysis, test out my engine for the first time, and who knows what.

Well i was going to send it in about 6 months ago, but finances got in the way, gotta support my wife and son lol. Then i was on a time crunch so i ended up getting it done here. SP does phenomenal welds too, just look at their gallery and you can see that, but in my case waiting for 2 months ( shipping takes forever in snail mail ) cant do it for me.

looks great thinkin of doing the same with my 7 because i found a good deal on a 1JZ with a T78 and transmision etc it would be cheaper then getting a rotary built.. yours looks great though awesome attention to detail

Its definitely beneficial in the long run compared with how many times a rotary will be rebuilt. This is going to be my everyday car. Let me know when you want to get the mounting kit or if you need help getting any parts

Bought my 1JZ ! Thanks to this thread ahah I'm now going 1JZ, 264° cams, T78 turbo and more. Doing my own subframe tho' so we can go as high as possible.. the guy doing my subframe has an LS3 s2000 and a V10 ( viper engine ) S2000 that he did all the work himself.

Bought my motor from a guy local to me. Already had cams, cam gear and R154. These kind of motor aren't rare around here. We have alot of shop having them in stock, along with 2JZ, RB, SR20, and most JDM engines.

We'll see now how much my custom subframe will set me back compared to a kit. will probably do a build thread once it get started

Awesome bro, lmk where ur thread is at so i can check it out when you make it.

Update, i pulled the fuel tank today to see what i would be messing with in terms of rust. NO RUST!!!! After 2.5 years of sitting it has accumulated no rust. Thats a blessing for sure. Going to redo my wiring harness, im nothappy with how i crimped the splices (used a vice grip). I know i know, but now im going to do it the right way with a crimper
