13b -> mgb ?

I've been interested in this swap for quite some time now. I've searched around a bit and found nothing on the forum... Although it is specifically an RX-7 forum. I figured that someone would have possibly had a post or two about a 13B powered MGB in this particular section...?

I've found quite a bit of information on Google, but that information was about carbureted 13B's. I was interested to see if anyone here has taken on this kind of swap, though.

I'm pretty interested in seeing pictures and information about how the engine, transmission and differential are mounted.

I've been working on a 13B MGB on and off for 8 years now (mostly off because it was lacking the kick I was expecting). I obtained a built up turbo motor from a sandrail and thought this was perfect for waking up the project. Problem is I found out that there is no way I can have this pass emissions. So now I want to find a strong N/A motor - possibly w/ a street port to finally get this fun little car on the road. The motor in the car runs great, but has no kick. it came from an 87 that i bought at a police auction. when driving it home i was disappointed in the power and assumed it was just sitting too long. I'm starting to think it may be a turbo motor (runs fine, but has no kick - it feels like a turbo motor before the turbo kicks in). Any easy way to tell if its a turbo or NA motor?

Anyone know of a reasonable good running strong 13b NA currently (May 2012) for sale ????
