Just buy a fog lights relay. If you buy the other brand, not bosch, from el cheapo auto parts, it has a wiring diagram in the back. Connect 87 or 87A directly to your fan/s +.

30 = battery + but install an in-line fuse just in case. This is why I always recommend upgrading to a GLC or FC main fusebox. Connect the main wire here, instead of the battery terminal. Its just cleaner and not a "mickey mouse" job.

87 or 87A = Fan's + wire

85 = Add a toggle switch and tap the wire to a ignition wire (hot wire when the key is ON)

86 = ground

Fan's - wire = ground

now stop sending me PMs

or even better, get your self a temp switch so you can adjust what temp to turn on and off, you can pick them up in any of your local auto parts store. Same wiring as above with out the togle the temp switch take place of the togle.

Red face

While on the subject of wiring............

Wacky or anyone else,

Do i have to add a relay to my halogen lights?

I added halogen to my RX-4 they are burning up one by one!

Am using H3, I was told that was the lowest wattage I could use without changing the wiring.

any suggested wiring info?

Sorry for the tread hijack

Andres

check your headlights relay and download the wiring diagram. If you need one, LMK and I can fax it to you.
