They sell them new in Aussie and NZ. I picked one up for $150 NZD last year.

Try posting on VintageRotarys.com for something closer to home (ask for Sgt Dave).

I would imagine that it would cost a couple hundred bucks to have a windshield sent stateside.

Anyone know of one in the US?

try these guys, but you need to call them and have them hunt one for you. they got me one for my rx2 a couple months ago. they are getting really hard to find and prety expensive.
