Will these wheel fit an rx-4

The guy I baught these from said he had them on a first gen rx-7 and that he got them from a friend who had them on an rx-4. I couldn't fit them to my rx-7 so I wonder if anyone can tell me if they fit an rx-4. I know someone who just got one.
Thanks, -Kevin.

I know what the bolt pattern is, but this guy claims these were on an rx-4. I posted the pics with the measure ments to see if anyone can tell me if these are a good idea or not. They look like a 4x108mm and about a 72mm center bore. Anyone think these will work and if not why?
Thanks, -Kevin.

4x108mm is a 4 lug Ford pattern I believe, they will fit 4x110 but you're off by 2mm so there's some stress on the lugs/studs. Personally I won't use 4x108's. I have a set of 16x7 gold mesh Enkeis right now in 4x108 that have just been sitting in my garage. I will probably just end up eBaying them since I'll never use them on any of my cars.

They will. I had mustang rims on my RX4 for awhile and they were fine. No problems.

I tried to fit these to my 83' rx-7 and once I had one bolt tightened down it threw the other 3 so far off center that the lug wrench wouldn't fit in the hole. I know I could get a thinner walled socket and use that instead but is it realy okay for the wheel to not be on the axle?

the bore/hub is probably too small for the RX-4. those rims are ugly to begin w/ in my opinion though.. you can definitely step up to something more classier

The bore is actualy quite large. About 72mm. I thought they looked a bit like third gen wheels. That's what caught my eye.

I have a set of centerlines rims 4x110. These came from an RX-4. The fronts are 15x6 appx orig centerlines while the rears are 15x7+ centerlines look-a-like by American racing. Take them away for the right price.

Front with centerlines racing logo

rear

Plus I have other 13x5.5 that you can use as well. sample

Is it realy okay for the wheels to not sit on the axles? I thought this greatly reduces the durability of the hubs bearing and axles overall.

What do you mean, not sit on the axles? As in spacers? I don't think spacers are an issue as long as they aren't too thick and you have long enough studs to properly thread the lugs. I ran 1/2" spacers on my RX-2 rear end a couple years back without issue.

..and on a thread related note, I tried those 4x108 16x7 Enkeis I have on my RX-2 yesterday just for kicks, as I was fitting other wheels I have sitting around. They wouldn't even go over the lugs. Sure they'd probably fit if I forced them with an impact wrench or sledgehammer, heh.. but I'd rather not bend my lugs and have a wheel fly off on the freeway or something. Maybe I'm just paranoid.

Im not a believer on those darn spacers. Now, iwth mickey mousing rims, it may work on low speed but it wont trust them on high speed.

I didn't mean spacers. what I meant wacky was the centerlines you posted pics of don't look like they sit on the axle. The center bore looks a little big. Is that so and if so does that work or is it too much stress in the wrong places. I always thought it was.

its a real 4x110 but they didnt come with center caps. It should work on any pre-86 except the GSL-SE.

No, it doesn't matter that the wheel center doesn't conact the end of the axle shaft. It does help for the sake of centering and balancing, but it doesn't impact bearing wear, stability, etc. Making up a little centering piece out of delrin or something wouldn't be a bad idea, but it's no biggie.
