Will this Header work on My Deuce?

Will this Header work on my 4-Port 13B 74 RX2? Someone just sent me an e-mail telling me it wouldn't work.

as long as the bolts in the flange line up w/ the block it willl work.

Yeah, the bolt holes are in the right spot, it's just a matter of what your exhaust looks like now. Most deuces nowadays have RX-7 headers by now, where the primaries are longer, so the output flange is back closer to the firewall. If your current exhaust has the flange in the OEM spot, then it'll work just fine.

so what yourt saying is depending on what motor you have in your duece, makes a difference in what header you run? IE i got the twin dizzy so i would need a regular rx2 header, where as if i was runing a first gen 12a i could use a rx7 header? same with a second gen block and a 2nd gen header? with considering clearance issues. thanks matt22

I don't think Racing Beat made that header. Only the flange is from Racing Beat.
