Who can work on RX7 near Tacoma, WA

So my 7 has been down for months and I can’t find someone/somewhere to work on it. I tried to do it myself for a while but my apartment manager is no longer allowing me to so I either need a place I can work on it or somewhere to take it. I’m new to washington so I don’t know of any reliable people/places to go. Please help if you know anyone near Olympia.

What needs to be done to it? I'm in Tacoma. There's not much for shops in the PNW anymore that do work on rotaries. You might be best off trying to connect with the local owners.

That was my plan, I found one guy through Atkins but idk if I necessarily want him working on my car. Couldn’t tell you what’s wrong with it, have yet to figure it out. Currently no crank, no start. Changed the starter and the new one spins but isn’t engaging so I made sure motor wasn’t seized by checking with the pulley and it’s not so now idk.

No crank with a new starter could be a bad ignition cylinder, or poor wiring to the starter, or battery related.
If you own a multimeter I would start by checking voltage at the starter when trying to crank, and working your way backwards to the "start" position on the ignition.

Ok so here’s what happened just so you have back story, i was going to work. car started up normal, drove normal until i got out of my apartment complex, i typically scrape because the car is low but right after i scraped is when i heard a noise. car drove perfectly fine but still sounded weird, i made a turn and heard something break, i pulled over 2 minutes later and turned off the car and it didn’t turn back on but all lights work. I haven’t checked anything wiring wise so i’ll try that, battery, alternator and starter are new but starter could be bad, never tested it. fuses were checked. i’ll pick up a multimeter after work and test when i get home today or tomorrow. also, i pmed you. message me more there if it’s easier
