where do I plug in this thing on my RX-2?

where do I plug in this thing on my RX-2?
While changing my starter I found some sort of solenoid attached to the starter solenoid. There is a wire coming from it with a female spade connector that isn't plugged into anything?
Anyone know what this thing is? Where am I supposed to plug that connector in?
