weird 13B engine? need help

THE PROB IS THAT THE ESSENTRIC SHAFT PASSES THE OIL BACK TO THE EMERGENCY HAND BRAKE ASSEMBLY THATS IN BETWEN THE ENGINE AND TRANSMISION.

I bought it because I needed the housing to use with a set of brigeport plates.
but when the engine was taken apart it had 3mm rotors and the assembly came with the rear counter weight.
so I thought I could use this complete assembly with no prob.

I need to know:
1. any idea in what vehicle mazda se this enging?
2. what other essentric shaft can I use with this rotor and bal.weight ***.?

I talk to an old time racer and he told me to check if inside the ess. shaft, that there might be tread to screw a lock plug. and lucky me there was.

I have an engine that's exactly like that. It's some JDM thing from the late '70s (non nitirided R5). The early shafts have a blind plug in them. Some didin't. The oddball engines also have another hole down near the bottom of the rear plate which allows the oil back in. For me to use this engine is another vehicle, I need to find a blind plug, an o-ring which will fit it, and I'll also need to drill and tap the hole for an NPT plug.

Lots of years ago helped some one put one of them engines, and it came from Japan as a used engine for about 350 dollars, oil just came out all over, and you think we would have known since we where both Mazda Tech, I think all most for sure the engine combo never came to the US, Since a little be for doing that job I picked up a 75 RX4 with 13b and auto trans, it did have the plug in the E shaft, and doing more checken much later I found that all 12as and 13bs have the same boss for the oil return but are not drilled, Going to find a pic
