valencing circuit?

sorry, im a bit stupid people, i have an auto rx4 coupe and im swapping it to manual. but what is the valency circuit? where is it? and how do i fool it so i can run a manual? also, ive updated a few car vids on my youtube: http://www.youtube.com/user/1973mazdarx4coupe

I've never heard of that circuit but it's probably for the blinker fluid or muffler bearings.

It may have to do with electrical circuit theory.

In what context is it being used?
