just wanted 2 know how hard it is to find body parts, and glass for it, and how much they go for, just wanted 2 know this before i purchase a shell im lookin at, also wanted 2 know what stuff from 1st gen 7's can b directly bolted or damn near directly boltd up, such as sus, thnx

 

motor, tranny (little mod required); 81-82 GSL 3rd member. Also 81-85 rear disk brakes and front suspension will fit too but you have to buy the camber kit & rear disc brake bracket from bwaits.

 

Trunk lids and hoods are hard to find without rust holes. Windshields are hard to find and expensive to buy new.

 

yea like 13b said glass iss tuff body panels are more easier u just have to look and ask.

 

theres a company in canada that sells fiberglass replacement fenders for the rx3. someone pointed me to them from this forum. . . they were on ebay. i contacted them about doing rx2 fenders, but they didnt reply.

 

Hood and trunk lids hard to find figure about 250 to 400 for the hood and 150 to 250 for a nice trunk. Windshields can be made but look for nothing under 300 . Fenders are hard to find nice because they always rust by the lower mount. I had five cars at one time but parted them all out.
