I think that most guys have the rear leaf springs re-arched to lower the car and have the spring rate increased at the same time.

I've been told 200 to 275 on the street...I guess it depends on what you're application is for. Will it be for the street/drag/road race? 350lb is a little much for the street, but good for the track.

If you are looking for an autocross setup, look in the back issues of Grassroots Motor Sports. A couple of months back they profiled a National Champ Rx3.
Good luck

I would like to know this too. I'm going to do some coil-over action on the front of my RX3, and I'm wondering what the rate on the front is stock. I want to go softer so that bad dog will come apart when I leave on the nitrous.

BTW. 350 on the front seems super stiff.

BTW again. 350 is the rate that comes with the Ground Control kit. I'm pretty sure their rates are for road racing (not positive, but pretty sure). If you do more autcross than drag racing, then you should be just fine.

I am running 250 lb springs on the front of my rx2. I believe stock they are 100 lbs.
