rx4/TII clutch problemt

Hi, i recently installed a new clutch in my rx4 that has a 1990 Turbo motor in it. I bought the heavy duty clutch from mazda trix and now the clutch grabs real close to the floor and i can get it in gear with the engine running. I have all new parts in the clutch. It used to be smooth a silk but the clutch slipped when the boost kicked in. anyone esle have this problem with a conversion, i am thinking i might need a bigger clutch master.

if you have lots of free clutch play you may need to adjust the master cyl push rod under the dash , JMO . Gerald m.

I have adjusted the rod, added length to it, and the pedal just goes right back to the same spot. it makes no difference at all. I have spent hours trying to adjust and bleed, and pulled the tranny out 4 times now.

Might just be a bad clutch master cylinder. Pretty common issue. I had the same thing happen to me with my Rx-4.
