Rx2 twin turbo

Do you have to do any cutting of the frame to put the twin turbo in an rx2

Not sure about a stock twin turbo, but a FC single turbo wouldn't fit. So I highly doubt a FD twin turbo will fit. I had to run a custom manifold to run a FC turbo on my RX-2. You don't want to cut the frame!
