RX2 with rear disc brakes?

Hi all. I was curious as to if it was possible to swap out the original RX2 rear axle to a GSL-SE rear axle, so to benefit from the disc brakes. Or, is there another method to modifying the rear drum brakes to disc. Thanks

My thinking is that if I was able to swap out boyh front and rear from a 2nd gen on my 76 RX4 then why not a simple axle assy. Steve Gambone 76 RX4 twin turbo
