Rx2 brake lights dont work
Rx2 brake lights dont work
i have a 73 rx2 and my brake lights dont work when i step on the brake pedal. i was wondering if someone could help me out with the wiring and what goes where then i can bring my deuce out on the road. thanks everyone
Have you done a search?
Pretty sure there's a good list that RX7Doc had of various models manuals.
Gambone gave me a print out of wiring diagrams from 1970's rotary mazda's. It's not handy but if it has RX2 wiring diagrams and you can't find them online then let me know and we'll figure some way to get you that info.

Its very easy. On the brake pedal assembly, there is normally closed switch with bullet terminals. Look for two green/black wires with clear platic cover, one of which has a constant 12v, chances one wire got disconnected.
well i needed a stop light switch so i got that and i only found one of the wires i needed. i think its cut and i gotta find the other missing wire. this is so hard to do when u live at your grandparents house.
